Comments about Carson Bandit BA-825 8x25mm Lever-Focus Monocular:

You get what you pay for here. It's junk, no way around it. Most likely the optics are plastic, not glass. Eye relief is only about 5mm, so you have to get it right in your eye to see. Focus is too quick and you can't hit a good focus. It's never sharp since the optics are so poor. I wish someone would make a good one of these and I would spend more money for it.

This is small enough to easily fit into the glove compartment. That way you're ready to get a closer view of anything you see while you're out and about.

Comments about Carson Bandit BA-825 8x25mm Lever-Focus Monocular:

The one handed focus is great. Target acquisition is easy and quick. The unit is light although for a monocular it is a little bulky. I would buy it again in an instant and the price is the best I found anywhere.

I use this item while flying. Lets me keep one hand on the yoke and one hand operation to look at the wind sock for wind direction. Just love it and use it all the time.
