peanut butter chocolate protein shake
if you've been turned off to protein shakes, try this one
Total Time: 5 min | Serves: 1 (about 2¼ cups)
- ¾ cup Organic Valley 2% Milk
- 2 Tbsp organic peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
- 4 ice cubes or ½ cup crushed ice
- In a blender container, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
