Be prepared for busy mornings again with these delicious breakfast and lunch ideas that will make your day start off right.

DIY Latte

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Whole milk
  • 1 Dunkin' Donuts® K-Cup® pod, any variety
  • Sugar or other sweetener, to taste    

Directions

  1. Microwave milk in medium microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until milk is hot but not boiling.
  2. Beat with mixer on high speed 30 seconds or until thick layer of foam forms on surface.
  3. Brew coffee on smallest cup setting into coffee cup. Stir in sweetener to taste. Pour milk into cup, spooning foam over top.
  4. Substitute ½ cup any variety strong-brewed Dunkin' Donuts® Coffee for K-Cup® pod, if desired.

Honeyed Peach Protein Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lowfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup DOLE® Sliced Peaches, drained (about 6-7 slices)
  • 2 Tbsp Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey

Directions

  1. Add yogurt to serving. Top with peaches, granola and honey.

Pomegranate, Ginger and Goat Cheese Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Candied ginger, chopped
  • ¼ cup Goat Cheese

Directions

  1. Stir Kodiak Cakes mix and water together until combined.
  2. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat until bubbles form on the top.
  3. Flip and continue to cook until golden.
  4. Top with pomegranate seeds, candied ginger and goat cheese.

Cup-O-Cappuccino

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Whole milk
  • 1 Dunkin' Donuts® K-Cup® pod, any variety
  • Sugar or other sweetener, to taste
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder or ground cinnamon, for garnish

Directions

  1. Microwave milk in medium bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until milk is hot but not boiling.
  2. Beat milk with mixer on high speed 30 seconds or until thick layer of foam forms on surface.
  3. Brew coffee on smallest cup setting into coffee mug. Stir in sweetener to taste. Pour milk into mug, spooning foam over top. Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder or cinnamon.
  4. Substitute 1/2 cup any variety brewed Dunkin' Donuts® Coffee for K-Cup® pod, if desired.

PB&J Sushi Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Smucker's® Strawberry Jelly
  • 2 slices Bread

Directions

  1. Remove crusts from bread. With a rolling pin or large soup can, completely flatten bread.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 tablespoon jelly on each slice of bread
  3. Roll each slice into a tight spiral. Cut each spiral into 4 pieces.
