I've been working really hard to lose weight to join the army and i've lost a lot of weight but i tend to bloat and hold on to a lot of water in my midsection. My recruiter suggested that I buy this product. I've been wearing it every time I do any cardio work and it definitely makes me sweat so much more than i normally do. This week I'm starting to wear it constantly to hopefully increase the effects.

it is super comfortable, however, i do wear it over a tank top to help it from getting super gross from the sweat.

I wish I could throw it in the washing machine, but the directions say to hand wash.
