I bought two of these at the same time. After assembly (which does only take about 2 minutes), I was a little disappointed in how wobbly the racks were. I double-checked my assembly but they still had several inches of lateral play, probably due to the fact that the white dowels used for assembly were not exactly the same length, and the plastic fittings allowed movement.

I tried to hang 3 medium sweaters, spread evenly across the dowels, on one of the racks. I walked away and a minute later heard a loud crack. One of the side wooden arms (not the round dowels that you actually hang the clothes ON) had broken completely in half. I decided to compare my new racks to an older, slightly smaller rack I have had for years (which, incidentally, has no problem holding my 3 sweaters). It is obvious that the wood used on this rack is of the very lowest quality, and the plastic fittings are poorly designed.

I can't be entirely angry because the rack is so inexpensive, but I am still sorely disappointed that just 3 sweaters are more than this whole rack can handle.

I suppose this rack would be OK if you just wanted to hang some very light garments on it.

The dryer worked well, but it left hard to remove wrinkles on clothes. It was also not very strong, and could hold only a little bit of clothes.
