          The wood part is very steady, and it is light weight, and good for laptops and meals. But the board is a little too thin, and sometimes my laps still get warm while using my laptop. But overall good quality.

            I bought the trays to use as a tv tray of an evening because I had bought a new couch and a tv tray would not have worked due to the height, so I opted for this as a solution and so far they are doing the job I just wish that they had height adjustments, they are better than the tv tray but need a little tweeking where the heights are concerned.
