This hummus is pretty good...I love hummus..but, typical hummus is around 60-80 calories for 2 tablespoons and this is only 35 calories., so if you are dieting but still want to eat yummy snacks, you can have your hummus! It's creamy and fresh.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      If you like hummus and are calorie conscious try this product. It is a little drier than the typical hummus dip, but at 35 calories per serving it's half of those others.
