Bought this product because of the sturdy material and recs from other buyers and the price. It serves its purpose in our storage part of our finished basement holding extra coats, etc. off season. Holds a lot...top bar is strong and stable, but unit moves a bit from side to side b/c there's no stabalizing cross bar in the middle. Wheels are optional- we did not attach them.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
