quality construction- major flaw

Overall the product is great. However if a major flaw can be fixed it would we wonderful. THe horizontal bars adjust up and down, left and right. It is impossible to secure the left and right movement of the bar. It still slides in and out like a trombone. My dog just sticks his head between the bars and slides them open and jumps forward! He did it 30 seconds afer installing it in my car!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
