    The lids on these pans are a strainer which is GREAT. The strainer has two hole size options so not to loose your food when draining. They clean up very easy and mineral deposites are easily removed with vinegar. I have had this set for about 7 years now. And they still look new. Have been looking for this set as for a gift.
