I bought this game for my soon-to-be three year old before an 8 hour flight. Out of the six games, she easily understood three of them and could play on her own. The tutorials before each game was great. Some of the games needed some adult help but she enjoyed those almost as much. There are only 2 difficulty levels, so hopefully she wont master both of them before she gets bored with it.

This is really disappointing. I thought this would help our 4 year old practice writing his letters. In theory, that is what it should do. However, in actual practice, it's not very effective. All it does is frustrate him. We have played with it several times now and I still haven't been able to figure out what the "trick" is to consistently get the dog to eat all the snacks. Every time we try to click or press on the dog and start to drag it in the correct direction, it says "Ooops! Try again." Over and over and over again. That is no fun. Just made our son totally frustrated and lose interest in it because he can't do it. Neither can we, full grown adults. Good in theory, but POORLY designed.

Comments about VTech MobiGo Software Cartridge - Dora:

Our 4 year old requested a new game this year for Christmas and went crazy for the Brave game. So her little sister "got" it for her for Christmas. She had the biggest freak out over opening this product. She has loved it and talks about how fun it is to shoot the arrows at the target and how much she loves Merida. This is by far right now her favorite game and worth every cent! I really have nothing bad to say about this product.

my son's happiness is important and he has adhd although you wouldn't know it. it's because the innotab is so, motivational and keeps him so happy that I have bought him nearly tho whole collection, so, he behaves and interacts extraordinarily mature for a 7 year old. I love him so much and he loves VTECH

Comments about VTech MobiGo Software Cartridge - Dora:

I agree with the other reviews. The dog is very difficult to get moving in the correct direction, even for an adult. My son gets very frustrated and just keeps saying he can't do it. I wish there were a better program for the InnoTab to help with writing letters and numbers.

Comments about VTech MobiGo Software Cartridge - Dora:

My son is 2 years old and loves his Innotab. The airplane game is controlled BACKWARDS. If you want Mickey to fly UP, you must tilt the Innotab DOWN. I know with time he will get it, but to me this should have been a no-brainer for the creators. Why would you confuse a child like this?? Secondly, I think the games could be more educational. I like the idea of teaching patterns on the airplane game, and teaching counting on Pay Pete (a little too advanced for him by himself), and even the number recognition in the bouncy game. However, I don't think there is ENOUGH opportunities for children to learn in the airplane and bouncy game. Seems children should be presented with the patterns and numbers more often. My child really LOVED the Umizoomi cartridge, and I think between the two you should go with that one. This is a neat game, but I don't think it holds my child's interest as much. If they had incorporated more music in it, I think that would have been great.

This product has kept my three year old entertained for hours. She really enjoyed the educational programs. They have helped her memorize what she has already been taught. She loves navigating through all the different programs that V-tech has to offer. Her skill level has grown immensely. I think she may be ready for an innotab. The age range on the games are from 3-5 and 4-7. I think she may be advanced for her age of four. I hope to get more usage out of the Mobigo2 with the e books and some of the programs online. There are so many to choose from. We cant wait until she starts reading.

Purchased this case for my 4 year old son's InnoTab. The InnoTab fits snugly in the case without being to tight to remove for cleaning. It fits in his hands just fine, as it is not too bulky. It wipes down easily even though the case itself is a canvas type of fabric. The velcro that secures it closed is durable as well. My son likes to fold the front cover back behind the device while he is playing with it, and it is durable enough that it has not been damaged by this.

This folio case is for young children. My grandson has trouble trying to put the cartridges inside the mesh space. The mesh does not give, so disks could break trying to force them inside the area of protection. I understand it needs to be small so the disks don't fall out, but he won't use the case. Enlarge the elastic area a little and I would recommend it to friends. The case is great for the protection of dropping and securing.
