          Everything everyone else said. What a piece of junk! Ours completely burned out within 3 months and we didn't even use it that much. I did like the remote with the keyboard on the back though.

            This blu ray player is a piece of junk. a few weeks after I got it, I had to get online to ask when all I got was this green sound, watching a blu ray movie or dvd, or even just a CD. The remote doesn't always work. Even when pressing the power button on the player itself doesn't always turn it on and off. Most of all its constantly freezing up and when it does, all you can do is unplug it and then plug it back in, and it's not always reach to reach the plug. DO NOT GET THIS PIECE OF JUNK THAT VIZIO CALLS A BLU RAY PLAYER!!!

              I basically used the VIZIO BLU-RAY Player for the Netflix internet app. While using the Netflix the player would sometimes load the program with sound and no pictures. While trying to view a BLU-RAY dvd it took forever for it to load and it kept freezing up. When it froze up I had to stop the complete dvd which didn't stop at all by pressing the stop button. In order to stop or restart, or to release the dvd from the drive I had to unplug the player because it would not stop by pressing the buttons on the player or on the remote.I would not recommend this product to anyone especially since it cost almost $100 it's not worth the money trust me.

              this is truely the worst blue ray you could buy. its completely defective. has some serious glue issue with the sticker on it, not to mention the not turning off & locking up as well....check reviews from other sites that sell this and save your money for another blue ray.
