- Ingredients: Quinoa.
- Stovetop: Rinse 1 cup Village Harvest Quinoa thoroughly in a mesh strainer until water runs clear, not cloudy. Combine quinoa and 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to Low and simmer until water is completely absorbed, usually 25 minutes. The germ ring will be visible when the quinoa is fully cooked. Fluff with fork and serve. Tip: Cooking times may vary, depending on heating elements, cookware and altitude. If using a rice cooker, follow manufacturer's cooking instructions for white rice. If cooked quinoa is too crunchy or chewy, add more water in the cooking process.
