      This seat is very easy to slip onto the hard bike seats on the spinning cycles at the gym. It folds up easily to go back in my gym bag and really helped alleviate the soreness caused by spinning...especially since it's been a long time since I've been in a class!

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

            Comments about Velo Gel Tech Bike Seat Cover:

            I tried twice to get the size to fit my standard gym spin bike - never could get the large size that I didn't know existed and I needed - nothing was said about the size being small in the order.
            Tried twice and gave up.
            But the return process was relatively easy and i got a complete refund.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
