        This is good to use at home as it isn't expensive. I wanted it for the storage bag and the blocks and strap. I already have a thick yoga mat that I use everytime I go to yoga. The mat seems a little thin and that wouldn't be the best for some yoga moves. The blocks aren't "industrial" construction, but they will do the job when needed.

              Great product for the price. I shopped around before buying this. Its good quality and the price is the best I could find for whats included. Only comes in purple though, but I work out at home so I don't mind that.
