  • Ingredients: Water, Parboiled Long Grain Rice, Peas, Carrots, Corn, Canola Oil and/or Sunflower Oil, Salt, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Natural Flavors, Onion Powder, Caramel Color, Turmeric (Color), Garlic Powder, Spices, Niacin, Ferric Orthophosphate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid.
  • Microwave directions: Just heat and enjoy: 1. Squeeze pouch to separate rice. 2. Tear to vent. 3. Heat on High for 90 seconds. Cooking time for 2 pouches - 135 seconds. Microwave times may vary. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch. Refrigerate unused portion.

    Although I know whole grains are really good for you in terms of health this particular way of preparing them (in plastic in microwave) is not healthy. This rice lacks flavor and is boring and bland
