- Ingredients: Long Grain Parboiled Rice Enriched with Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin (Thiamin Mononitrate) and Folate (Folic Acid), Wild Rice, Vegetables (Dried) (Onion, Parsley, Spinach, Garlic, Celery, Tomato, Carrot), Hydrolyzed Corn/Soy/Wheat Protein, Sugar, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Salt, Spices, Smoked Yeast, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavors, Turmeric (Color), Paprika (Color).
- Stovetop directions: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 1/4 cups water, and 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (optional) into a medium saucepan. Stir well. 2. Bring contents to a boil. Reduce heat (low to medium-low) and simmer covered 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. To prepare 1 Box: Use 4 1/4 cups water and 2 Tbsp. butter (optional) and follow steps 1 and 2 of the stove top cooking directions.
- Microwave directions: 1. Combine rice, contents of seasoning packet, 2 1/4 cups water, and 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (optional) in a 2-quart microwave-safe glass dish. Stir well. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. 3. Reduce to medium (50%) for 24-28 minutes. Remove from microwave. Let stand covered 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.
