This was for a Birthday Party Fairy to entertain in at my daugher's 5th birthday. The first costume didn' light up at all. Meijer very swiftly overnighted a replacement costume that did work but the lights were very low and barely visible even when looking for them in the light. A little shine in a very dark room. The costume did come with extra batteries which is very thoughtful. I'm very impressed with meijer's customer service and I will definately shop with them again. Costume is cute and flattering even without the lights. I had to zip the costume up for the Fairy because the zipper was getting stuck and no it wasn't tight. It was still cute and I got a good price. Thank you Meijer for getting this to me in time!!

          This was a great Halloween Costume - it definitely was a hit at the party. Also, baby doll design was super cute. Lights on it were bright and it came with an extra battery (although there was no need at this time to use it). Wand was also really fun and lite up as well.
