Tour de France Stage One Pro Adult Bike
The Stage One Pro is a great road bike for both performance and cost. The alloy frame provides long lasting durability along with less weight. Shimano's A050 shifters and derailleurs and 14 speeds provide quick reliable shifts when needed and classic steel drop bar lets you cut through the wind like a knife.

I use this bike to commute to work and for exercise. I'm a new cyclist so i don't want to spend thousands on a bike so this bike seems to work for me. it's great because it has a very appealing look. people think I spent waaaaayy more than i did on it. For an inexperienced rider, it was sorta easy to assemble. I recommend getting it adjusted by an actually bike shop though. the instructions were horrible. it was a pretty lengthy booklet which led me to believe it would be helpful, but all of the instructions and examples where for mountain bikes and singlespeeds. It offered NO help for the type of brakes and gears i had. also, the shifters are on the top of the handlebars and not integrated into the brake levers. Lastly, shipping is unpredictable; mine came with a little scratch on the front fork and parts of the frame were interwoven into the spokes which seemed to be intentional packaging. this made me worried about the condition of the spokes and thus the wheels.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Good bike for the money although mine refuses to change either to first or last gear. brake pads get stuck when used.
