      The people who say it leaks must be from another company. I shake it upside down and it doesn't leak. This is the first tiime in my life I see something Like this. I had one with a defective seal and three perfect. Maybe these people who say it leaks have a defective one.

        I was looking for a water bottle for school. I fell in love with this one; its cool and its soo cute! I've been using it all day yesterday, and today. I've held it upside down and it hasn't leaked yet. I really love the measurement thing on the side to see how much I drink. I love that the lid has a lock when its closed. And the little snap in place lock, so when you're drinking the cap doesn't stab you in the eye. One thing that I don't really enjoy is how the lid is heavier than the bottle. The little spout on the lid is soo cute, its not too big or small, so it fits all mouths. Overall I love it and will tell everyone I know about this.

          Are you sure you've got the silicone plugs seated correctly? I've got three of these, use them EVERY day and have never had one leak. Although. . . I have had a plug get eaten by the garbage disposal!
          I have tried a bunch of bottles and this is as close to perfect as anything I've found. It has a wide mouth so you can add ice. It is straw-free (those give me the creeps when I think about germs!) Its angle and grips make it easy to use even when you're not looking. It holds a sufficient amount and has the measurements on the bottle (convenient for adding powdered drink mixes). It has a slim design which fits into my cars cupholder (some have been too big). Usable with one hand (it's so obnoxious to have to stop and unscrew a lid!) Most importantly, it LOCKS. This keeps it from unintentionally being opened and running all over when thrown in my gym bag! I am looking for replacement plugs for the lid and if that's too difficult that could bump this down to 4 stars. I will concede that when only partially full it can be unstable, but for me, that's a worthy trade off.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
