- Ingredients: Rice Noodles (Rice, Water), Seasoning Packet (Peanuts, Pure Cane Sugar, Salt, Corn Starch, Spices (Chili, Cinnamon, Pepper, Cumin, Clove), Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Yeast Extract, Green Onions (Dried), Citric Acid, Peanut Oil, Sesame Oil, Silicon Dioxide [to Prevent Caking]).
- Recommended Recipe: 2 tbsp vegetable oil; 4 oz cut chicken, shrimp, vegetables or tofu; 1/4 cup water; 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts; Optional - crushed peanuts, lime wedges, fresh chilies and cilantro. Recipe Time: 15 Minutes. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, boil 3 cups of water. Turn off heat and soak noodles in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes, until soft but firm. Drain well and rinse with cold water for 30 seconds. Set aside. Step 2: In a wok or large frying pan, heat vegetable oil. Add chicken, shrimp, vegetables or tofu and stir-fry until cooked. Step 3: Add softened noodles, seasoning and water. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until noodles become tender and sauce is absorbed into the noodles. (If noodles are still to firm, add 1 tsp. of water as needed and continue to stir-fry until tender.) Add bean sprouts and mix well to combine. Sprinkle with additional peanuts and garnish with lime wedges, chilies and cilantro if desired. Serves 1 or 2.
