Green Tea Blend - Zen. An enlightening blend of the finest green teas and rare herbs available in this world. Tazo Zen is made with full-flavored, pan-fired Chinese green tea. Long known for its legendary properties, this aromatic tea is combined with lemon verbena leaves from Eastern Europe, lemongrass from Guatemala, Spearmint leaves from Oregon, and a hint of sweet lemon essence.

• Ingredients: Green Teas, Lemon Verbena Leaves, Spearmint Leaves, Lemongrass, and Natural Flavors.
• For each reflective cup of hot tea, use one bag. Bring freshly drawn cold filtered water to a boil and pour into cup over filterbag. Allow to steep for 3 to 4 minutes. Gently squeeze bag and remove. As an iced tea, Zen is a distinctive departure from traditional iced tea. To prepare, place two bags in an eight ounce container and steep as above. Remove bags and pour hot tea into a tall glass filled with ice.
