    Great for quick frying large fillets of chicken breast, flattened beef, fish fillets, pounded thin pork.

    Great non-stick and no residue.

    Too shallow, cannot stir too many vegs, falls over sides. Difficult to wash, it is too large to fit into my sink and I have a large double sink.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
