        I've had mine for at least 2 years now. My family eats toast every morning and we love the different temperature setting. I like the bagel option. It's very easy to clean both inside and out. The only draw back to us is that just recently the lever to pop the toast up higher to grab out of the toaster sometimes sticks, however I think that is due to my young children. The cord could be a little longer. Overall we are very happy.
