    Comments about Sunny Kettle Bell Purple/5LB:

    I thought this kettle bell would be no problem since it was "only" 5 lbs. Oh my goodness...start working out with this thing and you work up a sweat! It is more of a workout than I thought it would be. I found a couple of workout dvd's that use the kettle bell and I couldn't make it 15 minutes into the program. This is great for someone to workout at home...it can be stored out of sight when you are not using it. Great buy!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
