    This item was purchased for the heart benefits. However, I have inflammation of the ankle due to arthritis and I was very surprised to see the inflammation greatly reduced and pain gone after a week of introducing this fish oil in my regimen. Totally took me off guard. Try it, perhaps it will work for you!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
