    GOOD TO TAKE TO LESSEN DURATION OF A UNINARY TRACT INFECTION. I NOW TAKE THEM ALMOST EVERYDAY TO PREVENT THIS. USED TO HAVE 3-6 A YEAR BUT NOW THAT I USE THIS I HAVE NOT HAD ONE IN MORE THAN 3 YEARS!!!
