Comments about Suncast Up-Down Tomato Tower Planter Station:

This was the first time we tried container gardening and it was GREAT!! Didn't have to bend over to pick or snip. And we were able to have a variety of herbs and veggies from the top and bottom.

Comments about Suncast Up-Down Tomato Tower Planter Station:

I love this tomato tower planter so much that I bought a total of 6 over a three year period. Personally I line three planters on the east, south, and west side of my deck. I plant short and or cascading flowers (bat flowers are perfect) in the top and sometime tomatoes growing downward. I get the advantage of aromatic flowers, edible vegetables, AND a wall of privacy. These stands are also easy to move when I decide to rearrange. They have withstood as much as 65 mph winds, rain, snow, ice, 100+ summer heat. Durable, attractive, they drain, don't rot or warp!! Very useful. I LOVE THEM!!!

Comments about Suncast Up-Down Tomato Tower Planter Station:

Used the product on very small front entry porch, Grew my first-ever tomatoes and herbs. It was easy to put together, pieces fit together well. I followed the directions, watered it and got great tomatoes and herbs despite have less than desired amount of sun. I cannot think of a thing to improve this. I bought two on sale and wish I had more. Also it is light weight and could work on an apartment balcony or other small location. Well made, sturdy light weight. If I could change anything I would make them in white.

The SUNCAST website says this planter holds 1.3 cubic FEET of soil, a much more reasonable number.
