    we bought this product over the larger 225ft. model since we didn't need that long of a hose; however, I don't see how you would fit even 175' foot of hose in it unless it was a very small diameter hose. We returned it since it was very difficult to reel in the hose. Our old model had the hose guide or smart trak feature. The 175' model has to be manually rolled in by moving the guide inside by hand to evenly ravel the hose onto the post inside. I recommend the 225' model which is what we plan to exchange it for since it has the smart trak hose guide.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Looks nice, not as nice as pictured as it is not truly wicker, just a mold of a wicker chest (resin not wicker). Constantly tangles between the inner roller and side of the box.
