    Batch after batch this hand mixer can sure "stand" up next to the big boys like Kitchen Aid. I've tried and used them all,and burned out many motors. This one is the most impressive one that I've owned. Probably why mom still has her Sunbeam from nearly 35 yrs ago.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
