- Ingredients: Corn Starch, Dehydrated Garlic, Salt, Spices, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavors (Sodium Diacetate, Citric Acid, Lactose, Invert Sugar, Caramel Color, Corn Syrup), Cocoa Powder (Processed with Alkali), Sugar, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein (Yeast Extract, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate).
- What You Need: 3/4 lb chicken, beef or pork, cut into strips; 1 tsp. sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 cup water; 2 tbsp oil; 1 medium onion, sliced; 2 carrots, sliced; 1 red or green bell pepper, sliced; 1/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional); 1 can (8 oz) bamboo shoots, drained. Preparations: 1. Combine mix, sugar, soy sauce, and water; blend and set aside. 2. In large skillet or wok heat oil, add meat, and stir-fry until browned. 3. Add onion, carrots, and bell pepper; stir-fry. 4. Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots; stir-fry. 5. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute or until thickened. Makes 5 servings, about 1 cup each as prepared. For hotter flavor, add crushed red chiles to taste.
