We picked this because it seemed a little shorter for my son's legs. Unfortunately, his pee seeps through the edge of the seat and fills the underside of the bowl. So the pee does stay off the floor but you have to completely take the thing apart each time it's used and scrub it out. Also, the seat gets stained and smells even after it's scrubbed with bleach.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
