    My grandson has been trying to sit up since he was born (!) and this little contraption was a Godsend! It supports him so that he can sit comfortably and the tray offers a place for toys and also a place to spoon feed him. He gets frustrated with the 2 tall toys that bend stiffly because he cannot pick them up and mouth them, nor can he bend over to reach them with his mouth, but this is easily solved by giving him other toys, like his plastic keys. The seat will become a booster-seat later, but that's 2 stages & I still haven't figured out what the third stage is.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I love this seat. It is a little bulky and the toys gets dirty if they play when they eat but it has entertained my daughted for so many hours. she was able to sit comfortably in it around 3 months. It isn't tight on their legs like the bumbo seats can be. Also, I bought mine from babies r us and this is a much better price!! :)

          I bought this for my three month old son who was too small for an exersaucer. Absolutely love it! It is ideal for feeding! I take mine everywhere and it has helped him to sit up better. The plastic could be a little more durable. Overall, well worth the money for my family. I would recommend it!

              Has a safety belt and closes in front. I forgot that it opened in front and tried to take baby out. Now I will remember!

                My daughter had positional plagiocephaly (a flat spot on her head) so we did not want her laying on it all the time in a swing or bouncer. This solved our problem. She loved it! It kept her entertained and comfortable. This is much better than a bumbo seat because a)has an activity try b) removable insert for larger babies and c)converts to booster seat so it lasts a lot longer. We took this with us every where and can not rave about it enough.
