Strobe lights are used in many places - airplanes, boats, cameras, special effects, and concerts. This kit will teach you how to make your own. With a variable flash rate, this xenon flash tube will produce some amazing effects. With the easy-to-follow instruction manual, you'll have fun building this. Includes all parts housed in a plastic case and a training manual. Soldering is required. Soldering iron is not included.
