Cuter in the box

I ordered this for my nephew for his 3rd birthday. The product says it is for 2+, however the 3 year old was only able to grasp the basic concept. His older brother ...Read complete review

I ordered this for my nephew for his 3rd birthday. The product says it is for 2+, however the 3 year old was only able to grasp the basic concept. His older brother at 5 liked it much more. The pieces didn't fit correctly making the track come apart. Maybe it would be better on cement, we set it up in the grass. Also, the tunnels didn't attach well and tipped over everytime a ball hit it. Overall I was not impressed and I wish I had purchased something else.

    This three par golf course is a huge hit. The kids can put it together the selves and design their course how they want. Two and under will enjoy
    Putting but three and up will most likely have an easier time assembling it. We use it at our in home daycare and our kids are 0-5. They all love it. The clubs are metal just like in goofy golf. The balls have some weight so they're not flying in the wind. I love the three tunnels the ball can go under. The kids love it too! We live in AZ and so far it's surviving the outdoors. Love this product! It's worth the price!

            I set the golf course up on my driveway because it seems to work best on a smooth surface - my grass is a little bumpy, and the tracks need to attach closely to play the game (otherwise the ball won't roll smoothly to the hole). It hasn't broken yet, but I am worried that my girls (ages 2 and 5) are a little hard on it (stepping on it while they play is hard to prevent), and some of the tunnels and whirly-gigs are pretty delicate. Each day that I set it up, I can make a new configuration, which is fun. I would love to have more holes and more tracks to make it even larger and more fun to play. It holds their attention for about a half hour at a time.

                We bought this for my 2 year old son's birthday party, since we were expecting many children. The 2-3 year olds had a bit of a harder time with it, but the 4-5 year old kids LOVED it. While the rest of the kids were divided between the Step2 roller coaster and a bounce house we got for the day, the 4-5 year old boys were competing in mini golf! I am sure my son will love it in a year or two.
