    We got this for our 17 month old daughter for christmas. Right away she started talking on the phone, washing her hands in the sink, and ringing the doorbell. It took my husband and I about 30 minutes to put this together. No way one person can do it alone as some of the holes on the pieces do not match up right with the screws so one of had to hold pressure while the other used a power screwdriver to insert the screws. Big enough for one of us to get in and play with her (our legs stick out). She loves it and plays in it everyday. We left it inside for now.

      My 15 month old twins love this playhouse. We could get rid of the rest of our toys, and they probably wouldn't notice. The doorbell is a great hit, as well as the phone. However, since the phone is detachable, it is currently missing, temporarily lost somewhere.

        Just what we expected it to be. Great for outdoors or indoors play for young children. Our 15th month just started walking and loves it. We have it on our deck for the summer and plan on bringing it inside the house for winter play.

          We Love it!

          I searched high and low for the perfect playhouse for my 21 month old daughter. This one met all of our needs. Here are the things I love about it:

          -it has a floor
          -has windows that my daughter loves opening and closing
          -working doorbell and phone. Daughter LOVES these features
          -the table and chairs inside. She likes to eat her snacks here
          - the size is great
          -nice appearance
          -neutral colors. My son will be able to play in it as well when he gets old enough

                    We purchased this play house for my son's 2nd birthday. He loves it, especially the door bell. He liked the phone until it layed in a pool of water after a rain, so it doesn't work now.
                    I thought the house was easy to put together, just make sure you have an electric screw driver. I think the construction is fine, the roof and floor are a little flimsy but it has withstood the storms so far. The house an drain holes you when it gets ice cream or mud inside, you can just hose it out.
                    I would recommend this item and I'm sure we will be buying more.
