well i had it for less than a year and it was most definiatly the most attractive in our neighborhood. one thing i thought it was vandle proof so that was one of the reasons i bought it but it seemed not to be someone likes to damage mailboxes in our neighborhood and i live in a pretty quit one and this is the second one from step 2 that has been damaged. it is ashame to spend that kind of money on something you thought would last for a long time but it was week somewhere and when it got hit it cracked the inside wall of the base now i have to replace once again

If I had known the mail box has a gaping hole in the base front, I would not hve purchased the mail box. I cannot believe technology in this country would turn out such a glaring design failure. I definitely will not recommend this product without informing the potential customer of the design faults.

    We bought this as a gift for my son, whose old mailbox mounted on a pipe gave up the ghost. The pole is substantial and bent at an angle because a car had taken it out a few years ago. This product permitted us to still mount to the same pole and have a surprisingly straight vertical mailbox. I'm so impressed, I can't wait til my mailbox needs to be replaced, cause I'm buying one of these for us.

      Very Pretty. Only bad think is that the doors do not touch the magnets and will not close. I'll have to find a way to shim the magnets down so that they touch the doors. All in all the product is worth the $ and I would definitely purchase again.

          Mail box looks great and really stands out from all the other mail boxes in our neighborhood. The only thing i wish would have been different was that they would have included some kind of cover to go over the 4 bolt screws that screw into the 4x4 post so that you could not see them. Other than that the mailbox is great and looks good.

                  Our new mailbox was relatively easy to install. It looks fantastic. Our newspaper stays dry now and we no longer have to worry about our paperbox being continually knocked off the pole. The back entrance for removing the mail is also a wonderful plus. We have been extremely pleased with our purchase. From a 1 - 10 rating, we'd give it a 12.
