Flavors range from spicy and full-bodied Indonesian beans to the balanced and lively coffees of the pacific to the sturdy, herbal beans of Papua New Guinea.
Because of their full flavor, we use Asia/Pacific coffees to anchor many of our boldest and most popular blends. Like the tiger indigenous to Sumatra, this coffee is big, bold, unpredictable and utterly captivating. No other coffee has its distinctive earthy aroma and lingering low notes. The heavy, full body and incredibly concentrated herbal spice notes are the hallmarks of a great Sumatra and the pride of our most seasoned roasters.

- Tips for Great Coffee: Proportion - Measure 2 tbsp (10 g) ground coffee to 6 fl oz (180 ml) water. To adjust strength, add hot water after brewing. Water - Use fresh, filtered water. Freshness - Once opened, store coffee for no longer than a week in an airtight container. Keep in a cool, dry place.
