Stamina Programmable Magnetic 4825 Exercise Bike
With its walk-thru design, the Stamina Programmable Magnetic 4825 bike is easy to get on and off. Its adjustable, padded, molded seat with seatback keeps you in the correct position while you exercise so you get the best workout possible. The InTouch monitor keeps you motivated by tracking workout time, speed, distance, and calories burned. The simple 1-button control makes it easy to use and the large LCD display makes it easy to read. Choose from 6 preset fitness programs with a pace guide.

The computer offers a unique user interactive target zone feature. You have the option of interacting with any of 6 different programs to achieve a workout that is fun and exhilarating as the programs set speed targets that change throughout the program. The target zone display will tell you if your speed is too fast or too slow. If you pedal too slowly, the speed indicator will drift toward the fast zone reminding you to pedal faster. When you pedal faster, it will drift back to the target zone. In addition, if you are pedaling too fast the speed indicator will drift toward the slow zone reminding you to slow down your pedaling.

    This is a sturdy and solid bike, especially for the price. Pretty easy to put together-there is a bit of lifting and maneuvering, but instructions are easy to understand.I thought there were screws missing, but after calling the customer help number, I found out that the screws for the seats are pre-installed in each seat-they have to be taken out and screwed back in to attach the seats to the frame. I'm no athlete, but this is a very comfortable bike and pedals smoothly with adjustable tension. The only problem, for me, was setting up the computer. It took me 3 or 4 readings of the instructions to get how to set the different programs. Quite frankly, I would be fine with just elapsed time and mileage. There are other programs that are just too fussy for me. All in all--I would highly recommend the Stamina 4825 Recumbent Exercise bike to the average user wanting to get in shape in a comfortable, enjoyable way.

    Operates very smoothly and quietly...I don't even need to turn up the TV when I am pedaling. Easy to assemble even with the cheap tool that comes with the hardware kit. Plastic housing was cracked out of the box, went online and ordered a replacement (very easy) and had the replacement in a week! Although some the parts are plastic and lightweight, the unit seems very sturdy and well engineered...besides, if something breaks, just go online and order a new part...for free! The couch that used to be in front of my TV misses me!

    It's been many years since I'd bought exercise equipment, but the price and reviews caught my eye on this model. I was amazed at the quality, especially at this price. I was looking for some equipment that would be easy on my joints, particularly the knees and ankles. The recumbent position and the very smooth operation of the pedals (forward & backward) have been exactly what I needed. And I'm very pleased that it is so quiet! I don't even have to turn up the TV to watch as I ride. I would highly recommend this bike.

    I do wish the digits on the monitor were easier to read. You get used to them, but it would be nice if they were red so that they would stand out more at any angle. If I were taller, I think it would be better.

    We were apprehensive as this product seemed too good for the money. We were very surprised it not only lived up to it's billing, but was better. It was delivered complete and undamaged (although the seat and seat back screws were actually IN the parts and had to be removed to attach them to the frame). Assembly took under an hour. It was quiet and worked perfectly with no adjustments needed. We would do business with Meijer or Stamina in a second !

    Very easy to put together! So quiet it is almost silent. Fantastic buy for busy individual who is still determined to get daily exercise. I use it for a half hour in the morning before anyone is awake and half an hour in the evening after everyone has gone to bed. It is convenient and doesnt disturb anyone!
