This bike is a great value for the price. If you are a lot overweight, it might be a little unstable. My biggest complaint is the seat. After riding 20 minutes or so, the seat feels awfully hard. It is easy to setup, easy to use, easy to adjust and quiet and I really like it. I am currently trying to find some padding for the seat and it will be perfect. If it weren't for the seat I would give it five stars.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
