Stamina CPS 9200 Indoor Exercise Cycle
Designed for higher intensity indoor cycling; much like group cycling at home. Burn more calories and get the feel of a real road bike with the Stamina CPS 9200 Indoor Cycle exercise bike. The weighted flywheel builds speed like an outdoor bike to give you the feel of real cycling. The stronger steel construction lets you stand up and pedal hard like you are riding uphill or just pedaling all out with the solid support of the steady, rock solid base. The seat adjusts up and down as well as fore and aft to put you in proper riding position.

    Great bike for the price. I get the same workout on this bike as i did on the much more expensive bike at the gym. Definitely worth it and would recommend to others.

        I use this product about 3 times a week for an hour and I always break a heavy sweat. The seat is comfortable, the water bottle holder is convenient, and there is plenty of resistance to build on during each workout. The only bad thing I can say about it is that the handle bar settings are limited for my taste (I like to have the handle bar raised up higher than usual). However, this does not make the rides uncomfortable and if you like to ride with your handle bars low than it shouldn't be a problem.

        I've had the opportunity to ride many indoor trainers like this one. This trainer is comparable to the higher priced models. If, you're looking for an indoor trainer, this is the one to get. The best part is that the built in wheel magnet works with my bike computer. Easy to mount and I can keep track of my mileage during the off season.
