    Everything works great on it, except one of the rollers gets pretty eaten up by the chain, but it seems to be holding out. Pretty noisy, and blows a lot of air, which is no problem unless it is cold air during winter! Other than that, great for warm ups and cool downs and interval training.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
