      I bought this rower at a thrift store and use it several times per weekk and it's been a good fit for me. I'm able to ajust it as needed and have slowly worked up to about 15 minutes. If you have little arm muscle, it's a great way to start. If you reverse your hand hold from top to bottom, you will get a different kind of arm exercise also.

          I bought this rowing machine to supplement my workouts, going for a low impact alternative. After putting it together, I am still finding that the row handles are hard to adjust to a reasonable level, and are quite noisy. I was hoping for a smoother rowing motion. The sliding of the chair is great, but the upper body portion of this rower is not quite there.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
