Splenda has good and bad points. It is a good subsitiute for sugar in cooking and baking because it can be used teaspoon for teaspoon to replace sugar. It is also a wonderful no calorie sweetener. The problem is that Splenda is not a natural product and is full of chemicals that are unhealthy. It is good to use if you are looking to lose weight, but don't care about your overall health.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
