my little sister wore this suthern belle costume trick or treating a few halloweens ago and it was cut but it was also super thin so she wore long jhons under it, she said the hat chin strap thing felt strange and didnt like it. she loved how the dress looked but it didnt last long. Its cute but it is not useable for dress-up after about 3 or 4 uses.
