Ingredients: Enriched White and Yellow Corn Meal (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Shortening Powder (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Lactose, Dried Buttermilk, Mono and Diglycerides, Dried Whey, Sodium Silicoaluminate, Sugar, Artificial Flavor), Sugar, Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Whole Egg Solids (Dried Whole Eggs, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt), Wheat Starch, Salt, Dried Egg Whites, Dried Whey, and Flavor {Tapioca Dextrin, Lactic Acid, Modified Corn Starch, Corn Syrup, Natural Flavor, and Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking Agent)}.
Preparation time 15 minutes. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Combine Cornbread Mix and 3/4 cup water. 3. Mix until smooth. 4. Fill lightly greased 8" x 8" baking pan or 8" iron skillet. 5. Bake 25-30 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 6 muffins or 6 cornbread servings. Reheating: Place a damp paper towel over 1 muffin and microwave on medium power for 30 seconds.
