This attractive desk will help your child become the next great intellectual powerhouse (okay, so it's just a good place to color). Let your little scholar hang out and read heady volumes of classical Greek philosophy or endless French literature at this maple-finished Shaker-style desk. Okay, so maybe they'll read the Hardy Boys - but you see what we're getting at. This desk is great for young students, and as part of the 4-piece loft set, makes an excellent companion with the twin loft bed, twin lower bunk, and the loft combo storage unit.           i bought this with the loft bed about 5 years ago and it has held up very well. it is also a real spacesaver. my oldest has outgrown and were getting ready to move it into youngest childs bedroom. i have no doubt it will hold up another 5 years or more.
