We bought this for our guest room. A little smaller than expected, but attractive. Took my husband a while to put together, and there were broken pieces. I will have to contact the company two of the drawer pulls were broken and were probably packed in that condition. Also there is a chip on one of the doors. If this had come undamaged I would have been satisfied. For the amount I paid, it is an adequate piece of furniture.

Why is it so hard to get a decent piece of furniture, w/o paying through the roof for it? I thought I was finding a good deal, but in reality, everything about this cabinet is CHEAP!! When it arrived, 3 pieces were already damaged and the color is more like a black than it is a dark brown. The finish is only a laminate, so it is really easy to scratch and mark up. And you can see all the fingerprints on it, so constant cleaning is a must. The pieces were easy to put together except for the doors. They are lopsided and when trying to tighten the hinges on the inside of the cabinet, the doors become looser and the screws almost go all the way through the board, as if they are too long. They are hard to adjust and no matter what is done, they are wrong and therefore makes opening the top drawer difficult. (Because they hang too low overlaping the drawer.) Price is nice, but you get what you pay for!! I will end up spending more than I wanted just so I can replace this one! In the end, if you want quality....this is not for you!
