If this product is installed properly it works great. Efficient and accurate. Installation was somwhat difficult and there wasnt enough hose length for our situation.

Our unit has been going strong for 2 years now. We've used it for 2 summers and one winter so far. This winter our electric bill did not go past $380.00/mnth and that's after our electric company removed their rate cap.

Thanks for giving us a great product.

    I have this A/c except it is a 8,5000 BTU unit and I am taking it back today! It doesn't cool worth a penny! It has been 84 degrees in my living room (I have all closed off) and its only 88 outside! This is a waste of money!

    It's 85 degrees outside, and 83 in my house with the A/C on high 61 degrees. This is completely useless in my dinning room, to cool the living room/dinning room. I had it in my bedroom all day with the door closed, and it's STILL hot in my room. The only way you can feel the air is if you're within 3 feet of the blower. Total waste of money at[...]
