    So hard to get a response on some troubleshooting. Terrible terrible customer support. It puts out tons of water and leaks around the sides. It's extremely noisy kind of like a leaf blower. Fail on every aspect.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    ok, I know this seems like alot of money, but this ac unit is so worth it. Several times in the last 10 years, our ac went out and we had this unit to use. It can cool down a very large room. The only 2 things I didn't like about it (it an eyesore-doesn't exactly go with my decor haha) and it has to hook up to a window. Other than that, I am sure glad we have this during the hot summer months and when our ac went out. Very good buy!
